About Me
I was introduced to reflexology by a family friend over 20 years ago and instantly found the benefits relaxing and rewarding but most of all, insightful. Having always enjoyed a holistic approach to health, this treatment soon became a firm favourite of mine.
I have worked in accounts for the last thirty years and know first hand how stressful work life can affect your health and well-being. Having reflexology myself has definitely helped me maintain a work/life balance and this is what helped me decide to train and become a reflexologist and help others.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands, known as reflexes. It is based on the theory that these reflexes correspond to different organs and systems of the body, and that by applying pressure to them, it can help to promote healing, relaxation, and balance in the body. It can also increase blood flow and stimulate your body's natural healing powers.
Reflexology is believed to have originated in ancient Egypt, China, and India, and has been used for thousands of years to help promote health and well-being. Today, reflexology is used as a complementary therapy to help you relax and for many people it can alleviate a range of conditions, including stress, anxiety, pain, digestive problems, and more.
The aim of reflexology is to achieve homeostasis – the natural balance and harmony of your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Do you have problems relaxing or have trouble sleeping? Maybe you have a specific pain or condition that you find difficult to manage or you just feel worn down by the stresses of everyday life. If so, reflexology is a great way to relax, restore your body’s natural balance and improve your feelings of health and wellbeing.
Are you interested in the restorative powers of reflexology but you don’t like your feet being touched or you feel you may be too ticklish. In that case, hand reflexology may be the perfect solution to help you relax, unwind and feel restored and rejuvenated.
Do you have problems with back pain, such as sciatica and find it difficult to find relief? Or do you struggle with headaches or digestive problems? Spinal Foot reflexology taps into your nervous system and for many people it provides relief from their symptoms as well as leaving them feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.
Facial reflexology, similar to foot reflexology, promotes inner balance and harmony while enhancing the skin’s natural radiance and beauty. This holistic technique is designed to support optimal body function, with the added benefits of a firmer, glowing complexion that uplifts both appearance and mood. Because of the face’s proximity to the brain and cranial nerves, facial reflexology is particularly effective in supporting the body’s systems.
Zone Face Lift is a holistic facial treatment combining reflexology, pressure-point massage, and ancient healing techniques for a rejuvenated
appearance and well-being.
Often called a natural alternative to Botox or fillers, it stimulates facial reflex points to enhance skin tone, reduce wrinkles, and lift sagging areas while promoting relaxation.
Using specialised tools like gua sha, mushrooms, and an acupressure roller, this customised treatment sculpts, tones, and lifts the face with the award-winning Zone Face Lift Elixir. Lymphatic drainage aids in detoxification, reducing puffiness and enhancing circulation for a radiant complexion. If suitable, the session ends with palo santo or sage smudging to clear negative energy.
Beyond skincare, Zone Face Lift offers a holistic experience, with a 12-week programme for deep transformation inside and out.
Facial Cupping is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating
treatment inspired by ancient Chinese, Tibetan and Japanese healing traditions, now evolved into a modern holistic anti-ageing therapy designed to naturally support skin health, lymphatic drainage and overall wellbeing. Using soft, food-grade silicone cups alongside nourishing facial oils, gentle suction techniques are used to release facial tension, stimulate circulation and encourage oxygenation to the skin, helping to promote a brighter, fresher and more radiant complexion. The treatment helps tone and contour the neck, jawline and cheekbones while reducing puffiness and supporting the natural removal of toxins through lymphatic drainage. Facial Cupping may also help soften the appearance of fine lines, improve skin tone and support concerns such as sinus congestion, headaches, jaw tension, bruxism, mild scarring and facial tightness. The treatment is both calming and restorative, helping bring the
body and mind into a peaceful state while encouraging healthy glow and relaxation from within. Offered as a standalone treatment or as an add-on to other therapies, Clients often leave feeling relaxed, uplifted and glowing with
an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Facial cups are also available to purchase for home use, with self-care guidance provided to help maintain the benefits
between treatments.
Please note this treatment is not suitable for very
sensitive or thin skin prone to bruising, or for skin affected by rosacea, broken capillaries or broken veins in the treatment area.
